We realize that there is more to development than simply creating a viable solution and initiating projects — there is a need to engage the community at all levels, and developing healthy relationships with the community is the most integral part of sustainability and success.
Bringing together the skills and resources needed to initiate sustainable projects that improve communities and transform lives is no easy task. However, it happens to be something we really good at! Through relationship building, we’re tackling humanitarian work and impacting lives in a whole new way.
We walk beside the people we help, pouring into each other, and sharing experiences and ideas on how we can all live better lives and tell better stories.
Counting the Costs
Community-led projects are what we’re about, setting clear expectations and having some level of community buy-in help to safeguard against dependency and entitlement.
Initiate and Evaluate
Both sides come together and initiate projects at the pace set by the community. We become a true partner by gently helping to guide and facilitate the change the community wants to see.
We are currently developing relationships and initiating community-led projects in FIVE countries across FOUR continents. We bring together the skills and resources needed to initiate sustainable projects that improve communities and transform lives.
In today’s culture, it’s easy to chase after the many things that promise to give identity, meaning, and purpose in our lives. Ultimately those things end up falling short of our expectations, never truly satisfying us the way we think they will. There’s got to be something better – and maybe finding out what that is starts with directing your skill or resource into a sustainable, powerful, and amazing initiative that can truly change lives.
