School Renovation

Painting a School

Located just over 50 km outside of Kathmandu, Sansari Devi is a school serving 159 girls and boys in classes ranging from primary to grade five. The condition of the school and its classrooms are not suitable for learning and many improvements are required.

This project will include working with community members to refurbish each of the classrooms. Additionally, the opportunity will help The Invictus Initiative to learn more about other needs the community has within the areas of water and farming.

Long-Term Impact

After initiating the project with the help of local materials and labor from community members, the refurbishing of the school has been completed and each of the classrooms are now conducive to learning.

Initiated in 2013 and currently completed.
