Our Work in Brazil

Flag and Country of Brazil

Working primarily in the favelas (shanty towns or slums) of Rio de Janeiro, The Invictus Initiative is committed to partnering with the people of Brazil to bring together the skills and resources needed to initiate sustainable solutions, improve communities, and transform lives.

Brazil is the fifth largest country in the world in both area and population; other than Ecuador and Chile, it borders every South American. Located in eastern South America, Brazil is the longest country in the world spanning 2800 miles from north to south.
